Andrew Ketner, Attorney – King & Spalding

Andrew Ketner is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group. Andrew advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions, with a particular focus on the energy industry.
He also has experience representing developers, sponsors and investors in connection with various project development and financing activities.
In addition to his energy practice, Andrew has experience representing clients across the manufacturing, industrial services, technology, financial services and healthcare industries. He counsels public and private companies on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital-raising transactions, business formations, corporate restructurings and corporate governance matters.
